Time is not on my side today to share more on the subject of genetics and cancer, however Angelina Jolie's openness about this subject - which strikes fear into the heart of many of us - has always greatly impressed me.
The story today, that Angelina has undergone further surgery, has touched me deeply and this particular quote in her diary speaks volumes to me as a cancer survivor.
"It is not possible to remove all risk, and the fact is I remain prone to cancer.
I will look for natural ways to strengthen my immune system.
I feel feminine, and grounded in the choices I am making for myself and my family"
